Forklifts, excavators and loaders for construction sites

On site the machine has to move between locations, work on unprepared ground, and be transportable on a standard trailer.

What decides the machine here

Transport

Total weight and width decide whether it goes on a 3.5 t trailer or needs a low-loader. This is often the first filter, not the last.

Ground

4WD, differential lock and ground clearance. A 2WD truck on wet clay is a two-person push.

Attachment switching

One machine, several jobs: bucket, forks, breaker, auger. The coupler standard decides how cheap the second attachment is.

Security

Site machines are stolen. Immobiliser, keypad start and a tracking provision are specification items, not accessories.

The mistake we see most

Sizing on lift capacity alone and discovering the machine is 200 mm too wide for the site entrance. Measure the gate before the load.

Describe the site, not the machine

Ground surface, aisle or gate width, lift height, hours per shift, destination port. We answer with the model and the reason.
